Reimagining Pharmaceutical Commercialization for the AI Era

This survey report explores what biopharma executives have to say about current and future plans to integrate AI into commercial processes. AI adoption is proceeding much more slowly in pharmaceutical commercialization than it has in drug discovery. While AI promises to transform commercial decision-making into a much more data-driven, proactive discipline, adoption and maturity vary widely across organizations and even individual business units. Pharmaceutical leaders are on the threshold of reimagining commercialization for the AI era. This survey report explores what 150 biopharma executives across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. had to say about their companies’ current and future plans to integrate AI into commercial processes.
